I went to Duval’s to ask them to replace my brakes and evaluate the issue identified by the the Check EngineLight. Eric scheduled me within a week. I dropped off the vehicle Sunday evening and they called me Monday morning and told me that “I didn’t need brakes & they had plenty of life left in the pads”. I’ve never had a garage tell me I don’t need the work done. I love the honesty. They also identified an issue in the with a gas vapor sensor and fixed it the same day. The honesty and timely service by Duval’s Service Center was the BEST! I highly recommend!
