We never seek to have dissatisfied customers. We have found honesty, quality part choices, and good labor ethics has saved our customers more over time than being the least expensive for one job. We aren't perfect but we strive to do our very best each and every time. Diagnosing and executing drive cycle issues can take way to long depending on manufacture requirements. Some are so complex they take several cold starts or having the car off for a minimum of 8 hours.
We are very happy we resolved the drive cycle problem with the Tacoma. We will work at stressing the time requirements better for these diagnostic issues with future clients.
My car has several problems, and thanks to their diagnosis and their prompt responses to my calls/emails I was able to give them the go ahead on those I considered most essential. Then, they went the extra mile anyway!! This kind of service is what keeps me coming back and what makes me happy to recommend them to friends!!
