Honest, thorough and trustworthy
I had my 2014 GMC Acadia in for multiple issues, including a coolant leak and an ABS/StabiliTrak problem that had been difficult to diagnose. The team at E & J Automotive took the time to properly diagnose the issues instead of just replacing parts. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was actually fixed before returning my vehicle. They even road-tested it to verify the repair. I really appreciated their honesty—they pointed out an engine mount that will eventually need attention but never pressured me into repairing it right away. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back. Highly recommend!
