Lesean said he asked the staff at this business to look at his vehicle on Wednesday of last week. They said they could look at it that day, or first thing in the morning. He had someone drop it off and they didn't look at his vehicle until Friday, to give him a diagnosis. He gave them a call on Monday morning to let them know they could start the work. He asked when they would have it done, and they said they would try to do it by the next day's closing time. He called to check status at that time, and was told they were still working on his vehicle. They would try to have it done by Wednesday. It was only to find out that the technician who was supposed to be doing the work was out of town. He was trying to get back, but his flight was canceled, and he had to drive. There was too much running around, so he decided to take his vehicle elsewhere.
