"They do great jobs for their customers"
Dell at Eastside gave me a good advice before my SUV major service. The cost of the major service is quite reasonable. Their quality of work.is excellent. After the service, the SUV (RX 400H) city gas mileage increases from 24 to 28 miles per gallon.

Andrea said the office manager, who has been there for years, prioritizes customers on the phone instead of those standing there in front of him at the counter. She stated this was a big turn-off to her. The employee who she thinks is the office manager tries to up-sell her on products and service, and his delivery is over-kill. Andrea did like the employee who serviced her vehicle, saying he listened, he was thorough, and seemed to genuinely care.

Andrea,
Sorry for the experience you had.  We are a small shop and the advisor at the front desk does have to answer the phones and put them on hold.   We always try to prioritize customers that are at the counter, but we can not neglect the phone. 

As for the up sells on your vehicle.  I informed you that your rear brakes were bad and that your oil pan was crushed from an impact you stated you had.  Please give us a call so we can take you to the vehicle and show you the damage.  We can also provide a free oil change for your time.

Richard said he went to the business for an emissions waiver. He paid a hundred and fifty dollars to be told by the Department of Transportation that the technician who signed the waiver was not registered. He was upset by the inconvenience this caused, and stated he hopes that the business fixes this immediately.

I spoke with DOT and both of my technicians are certified.  We do have occaisional issues with them.  I put a $100 credit on file for your daughter having to wait an hour for them to fix the issue on their end.  We will see you next time.

"Have your discount coupons been discontinued??"
Service was fine.

The reason I'm responding is that we seem to no longer receive your half-page coupons (in Valpak or ?? mailings) for discounts on routine service and 10% off major mechanical work. Have you stopped those? Or no longer mail them to Houghton neighborhood?

We'd like to continue to receive them.
