Sorry for the experience you had. We are a small shop and the advisor at the front desk does have to answer the phones and put them on hold. We always try to prioritize customers that are at the counter, but we can not neglect the phone.
As for the up sells on your vehicle. I informed you that your rear brakes were bad and that your oil pan was crushed from an impact you stated you had. Please give us a call so we can take you to the vehicle and show you the damage. We can also provide a free oil change for your time.
I spoke with DOT and both of my technicians are certified. We do have occaisional issues with them. I put a $100 credit on file for your daughter having to wait an hour for them to fix the issue on their end. We will see you next time.
The reason I'm responding is that we seem to no longer receive your half-page coupons (in Valpak or ?? mailings) for discounts on routine service and 10% off major mechanical work. Have you stopped those? Or no longer mail them to Houghton neighborhood?
We'd like to continue to receive them.
