"Everything I need"
The quality of customer service is never less than satisfactory, and more often then not, it is impeccable. On top of that, they get my car in right away, it's a quick turn around, and it's affordable. I had a screw in my tire and when Les Schwab had a two hour wait time just to get in the door, Eastside got me in an out in under that amount of time. I needed new tires, so he ordered them for me and then put them on the next day during my lunch break. They are now my go-to.

"They seem honest and do a good job"
Well the only thing really i s that the owner seems to miss the "Soft-skills", he is just not friendly. These are important skills to have, for most the time I feel as a bother or just that he is sooooo unapproachable.

"The best service!"
We habe been patronizing Eastside Automotive for about 6 years now since we mobed from Texas and have never even thought about going anywhere else. Even after moving to the Snohomish/Monroe area, we still take all 3 of our vehicles there. 100% honest, reliable and quality work.

"Service of excellence "
Every time I percieve there is an issue or there actually is I can ways count on Eastside automotive to inform me of what is or is not going. I always am able to have fast and efficient service no matter what the service. I always feel comfortable and we'll informed about where we are in the process. I never am overcharged and always can trust Eastside automotive does what is necessary and discusses with me what I want and how to go about the process. I would never go any where else for car anything.
