Honest and candid
I had been to a dealership for an oil change and was given a long list of several $1000s in repairs needed. I brought my vehicle to Elite and asked for an honest and candid assessment of what REALLY was critical to be done now and what were things to watch. Elite’s assessment was much more in line with what I suspected and saved me a lot of $ not blindly following the dealer’s recommendations. They also did a great job of explaining what needed to be done, fixing it that day, and why and what we can keep an eye on to fix in the future when needed. I’ve started bringing all my vehicles to them and have recommended them to my sons as well. Al and Patrick are great to work with.
