Got my truck fixed but took them 1 month and 2 trys
I called them and made an appointment and brought it in on a Friday.They told me it needed a 2000 dollar computer and it would be done Tuesday.Well the next week rolls around and it’s not done till Friday.I was fine with this just happy to have my truck back.They had told me they test drove it to make sure it was fixed.I get into it and start driving and not 5 miles down the road it does the same thing all over again.Then I take it back .I have to wait another weekend for them to get back and late tuesday they call me and tell me now I need a the transmission rebuilt.I ask why he didn’t come up with it in the 1st place and he says he couldn’t tell.He says he will now need another 1500 dollars to repair my truck.I told him I already gave you 2000 and we’re at square 1.He said oh well I still need another 1500 not my fault.Then 3 weeks later after being tired of told it was gonna be done I go in to check on it.They say 1 more day.I go in the next day still not done but early tommarrow it should be done.I say I’ll stay till it’s done tonight because I was starting to get frustrated.Then the owner told me I should sell every vehicle I have because there not gonna last and the truck I just put 3500 in is junk.Thanks pal.The truck does work ok now.I would only go back for the warranty.I only dealt with the owner and he was a friendly person but his business did not impress me.If He would have diagnosed it correctly I would have bought a rebuilt but after paying him so much in the beginning I was stuck.
