The people at English & European are fair and keep their promises
I brought my JX8 L to their shop for the first time a few months ago (I have have been shopping around for the best independent Jaguar garage for a year), and I admit we got off to a rocky start. I was unhappy with the service and communicated my feelings and expectations to them. Simon listened, promised to correct everything and complete the repairs, which they did, very timely. The car came back fully repaired and beautifully clean. The cost of the repair was very fair as well!
What more can you ask of any garage. I will continue to have all my work done there; and I recommend them to all my European car driving friends.
