Customer Service at its best!!!
I called Eric on a Monday and told him my 2009 Honda Accord dashboard alert lights -VSA and Engine Malfunction - came on. I was honest and told him I've always gone to Norwest, but they were on vacation all week and I was concerned it may be a safety issue. He assured me it may not necessarily be. if I could bring it in at 2pm he would take a look at it and let me know. He determined it could possibly only need a tune up/spark plugs, etc. - was misfiring. Made an appt. for Friday and he took care of my problem...I was so relieved...excellent service at a fair price! I have already recommended him to my friends
