Slow subpar diagnostic part changer
I normally don't post reviews like this, but I wanted to share my experience for anyone considering Euro Autowerks, LLC, in Fairview.

My Mercedes was at the shop for about 5½ weeks with very little communication. While I understand that diagnosing and repairing specialty vehicles can be difficult, my issue was never the delay itself.

My concern was how I was treated. When I checked on the status of my vehicle, I was told that if I wanted it fixed anytime soon, I should move it to another shop. I accepted that recommendation and arranged to pick up the car

When I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, I came early and even offered to help. Instead of a routine pickup, I was met with hostility, profanity, and behavior that made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I was simply doing what I had been asked to do and trying to remain respectful throughout the process.

The disappointing part of this experience wasn't that the repair was difficult—it was the way I was treated as a customer. I ultimately moved the vehicle to another shop, where the issue was repaired quickly.

Everyone's experience may be different, but based on mine, I would not return and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before taking a vehicle there.
