I went to European Auto Service for my vehicle inspection and everything was done perfectly. The service and the staff were professional, honest, and very easy to deal with.
I also asked for advice about my work car because someone had suggested I replace several parts. Instead of pushing unnecessary repairs, they were completely honest and told me there was nothing that needed to be changed unless I wanted to spend money for no reason. That kind of honesty is hard to find.
The next day, I had a warning light come on in my heavy-duty truck. I brought it back and they checked it with their diagnostic computer (which I thought only a dealership could do). They found it was a misfire-related light, reset it, and the truck has been running perfectly since. They didn’t even charge me for it.
