Ronald said he couldn't be happier. Everything was done with high quality material and workmanship. He expected the best and now his vehicle is perfect. He did have to wait an additional 4 - 5 days for his vehicle. His power steering unit was cracked. He had to wait for parts to be flown in from Germany.

Ellen said the work at this business was good. The staff did not detail her vehicle as well as they should have. Her vehicle was delayed 1 day and she was not given a reason for the delay. She was not kept informed doing the repair process. She had to call them for updates. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate. It ended up being twice as much as first thought. She was not satisfied with the business's communication for the above reasons. She would recommend this business for service only if the staff could be more on top of things. She said if she pays top dollar, she should get top service.

Maya said her vehicle was delayed by about a week. The cause of the delay was that the adjuster with her insurance company had to come back out to look at her vehicle. She was not kept updated and did not really have any communication with the facility. She had to call them for updates.

George said the staff had some confusion as to what had to be done to his vehicle. The gentleman that looked at his vehicle took notes and they were not logged in the system but at the end all was taken care of. The vehicle was 4 days late because of the weekend and the confusion. He's was not satisfied with the estimator because he did not take great notes.
