Joseph said he had a minor ding in the passenger side door, so while the vehicle was at the business for other repairs, he asked them how much it would cost to repair it. The guy who handled the account told him it would cost $1500. He asked why so much, and the guy told him the repair would take a lot of time. He stated he got the feeling the guy did not want to bother to do the repair, and that is why he quoted such a high price, which he found very objectionable. He was told to have the vehicle in by Thursday. When he called to check on it Thursday night, he was told the insurance adjuster had not been there yet. The insurance adjuster told him the business tells the customers to get the vehicle in a day before the insurance adjuster gets there, just to make sure there are no delays. Joseph stated he finds this objectionable, because he was without his vehicle an extra day, which was unnecessary, and which cost him extra money to hire an Uber. For these reasons, he was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person who prepared his estimate, or with the way he was treated, or with the communication. For these reasons, he would not recommend this facility.

Seth said there was some miscommunication with his estimated finish date and the estimate of the work. His vehicle was finished late by a day and a half because the business had a backlog of other work. Additionally, it ended up being more than what was estimated. However, due to the inconvenience they honored the estimated cost and even discounted it for him.
