Keyana said the personnel were helpful, and she really did not have any trouble. They pretty much did everything for her and were considerate of her time. The vehicle was delayed by one week because there was an issue with a part coming in, but they always kept her updated and informed.

Spoke with Lawrence. He said he would have appreciated a call letting him know when the vehicle would be ready and when it was ready. He had to make follow up calls to find out. He never had a clear cut idea of when the vehicle would be done.

Tony said he was given an estimate of $1,300 or so and the bill was $2,500 or so. He was not kept updated on the charges and only found out the day before the scheduled pick up date. Jin, who did the estimate, would not release the vehicle to him until he gave Jin a credit card for the total amount. He needed the vehicle for the weekend and Jin was still working with the insurance company about the amount. The work is wonderful but the communication there is awful. He went there because of a great review on Yelp.

Susan said she was really happy with the way everything turned out with the vehicle. Her husband was very impressed with the vehicle and very happy with the stickers. They were happy the employees put in new parts and explained all of the repairs done and the paperwork. She was not given a promise of time. She thought it would take one month but it took 6 to 8 weeks. The insurance adjuster called the receptionist and let her know about the estimate. Chris was waiting for the adjuster and was finally told the adjuster had called days before, if he had been told the day of the adjuster's phone call things probably would have gone smoother. Then the employees were able to fix her vehicle but the estimated price ended up being more than originally thought.
