Gaurav said this business did not do a very good job with the way they fixed his vehicle. He said they should have replaced an unspecified part on the vehicle instead of trying to fix it. There was no communication during the repair process, and they were not on top of things at all. He said the staff members at this business were reasonable people, but there was a disconnect in what the owner thinks should be done and what the employees are actually doing. The owner told him it was a mistake on their part. He stated that he understands, but it was a mistake at his expense and that is not okay. He will not be going back to them and said he should have gone with what his insurance company recommended. He was not satisfied with the communication, and said he would never recommend them to others for reasons already stated.
