Well, within 24 hours, EP diagnosed the problem and gave me a written estimate of parts and labor. I also authorized a total once over of my vehicle and they found a few other things that were reasonable. My vehicle was repaired after just a few more days, and when I picked it up I was so very pleased with how well it ran. My wife commented that the car never shifted as smoothly as it did now.
