Communication was clear and friendly. They took care of my car and used Lexus parts. No after market parts. I appreciate that. They even reconnected my camera that the Lexus dealer disconnected. The Lexus dealer never called me back on this. I am never going back to the dealer. The dealer made it sound like my car was dangerous to drive. It was not. The dealer also charged me for something that was included with with the repair. It was totally unnecessary. I highly recommend this repair shop. Thank you for taking care of my car.
