Thom and his servicing staff are top notch. My 2006 RX400h had a leak in the area of the inverter. They were able to fix it without the high expense of a new inverter that I'm sure a dealer would have insisted on installing.

Once again you provided great service at a fair price. I appreciate your attention to my car, with which I am only equipped to fill with gas, but you can diagnose, repair and keep running for me. A big THANKS!

My old beater of an SUV died due to an electrical problem. Even though it's a 2001 it still contains some of the modern day foolishness built into vehicles now. That is to say that Thom had to work through some 14 possibilities that were all running off of one fuse that kept blowing out. Some mechanics might have just thrown up their hands, shrugged and said "tough luck." At Facinelli Motors you know the job is going to get done right, thoroughly, professionally and courteously.
