When the vehicle was brought back to the shop the interior damages were reviewed and photographed. Upon comparing the pictures with original drop off pictures it was determined that the interior scuffs and scratches were pre-existing. Photos were reviewed with Ms. Vitti and she left the shop. Later Ms. Vitti was offered an interior clean up and replacement of the broken handle that was not photographed as a courtesy. She declined the offer and stated she would get the work done somewhere when she returned to North Carolina.
