Good Morning Ms. Wilson, im sorry to hear that. There's been changes at the shop i'll look into why your calls weren't answered. We did have your vehicle for 11 days took your car for adrive a few times a day to see if we could replicate your concern and where unable to. I had my front desk call you to get a little bit of more information on the issue. My front desk also gave you a call to let you know that you where low on your brakes and showed you in person.
