My wife and I have been looking to buy a specific Santa Fe (trim level, interior / exterior color). Called Faulkner Hyundai and spoke with Todd Grier. Unfortunately at the time of our initial call, Todd advised us they did not have a vehicle that matched our interest available. I asked if he would call me if one became available. A few weeks later, I received a call from Todd with the good news…..one had just become available. Todd asked me to send pictures of my trade, VIN and mileage. He was able to have our trade appraised without actually seeing it !! He called me back with the trade amount (a very fair trade was offered without any haggle necessary) and asked if we wanted to move forward with the deal. We gave him a few more necessary details ( term of lease, mileage, etc) and he told us he would call us back soon. In s short amount of time Todd called back with a monthly payment that was actually lower than what we were paying for our current vehicle. With the relationship Todd built with a few phone conversations and the upfrontness and professionalism he portrayed, we drove the hour and a half to the dealership that day to meet with him and make the purchase. Upon arriving at the dealership Todd welcomed us and showed us the vehicle. He was friendly and answered any questions we had. Everything Todd had told us on the phone held true when we met. It was one of the most efficient car buying experiences that I have had.
