When I raised my concerns, the shop was unresponsive and dismissive. It ultimately took my insurance company getting involved and calling the shop directly before any progress was made. Only then did they admit the remaining damage was still covered and needed to be fixed.
This situation caused unnecessary delays, the hassle of having to get a new rental car, and a great deal of frustration. The poor customer service and lack of accountability reflect very poorly on their business practices. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty, or reliable repairs.
