They went out of their way to see that I was taken care of in a timely manner and even drove me to Enterprise when the rental company didn't show up. And they cleaned my car, inside and out! What a surprise!!

Great experience
This location gave me a great experience with repairing my car. As a woman, I was nervous picking a place to fix my car as most people typically talk down to women/ take advantage by charging more than is needed due to assuming lack of knowledge. However, this didn’t happen here! They were friendly, informative, and time efficient (finished my repair a week early). They even washed, vacuumed, and delivered my car for me. If I have any troubles with my car in the future I will be returning here. Additionally, I will be suggesting this place to female friends who share my previous concerns.

Fix Auto is on the list of my insurance company's preferred auto body shop. I'm glad I picked this location. They did a great job fixing my car. Excellent communication with Garrett constantly providing updates on the status of my vehicle. Not only does it have great reviews, it's also in a convenient location.

Good Quality, could work on communication
Friendly people, quality repairs. Car was returned clean and all evidence of damage was erased. Only criticism I had was link to check on repair status did not work (always said no estimate) and I had to call to get updates. When making the appointment to drop off the car, there was also no estimate of how long they would have the car given. Got that information a few days later from calling in. I would come back in the future and will ask my estimated time of completion questions right away to avoid any confusion later on.
