"No respect for people's schedule and time"
I left my car here on 02/02/2018 with the initial estimate of being finished at 02/13/2018. They have been changing their estimate ever since, and now it's at 02/19/2018. That is a a 54% increase in your estimated time, how is that even possible? This is 2018, we know everything these days. We have all the info like inventory list, tracking times, etc on a computer. How can you miss your estimate by 54%? It's incomprehensible to me.

They did a great job on the bumper and the exterior looks great too. We only have one minor issue; the dash on the interior had a little bit a grimy film but it wasn't a big deal. They did a great job of staying in touch and they were ready sooner than expected.
