I was robbed
I took my car in to get brakes. They told me it wasn’t my brakes and it was another issue totaling $500. When I picked up my car I still heard noises. I brought it back and they said it was another issue that would cost me $1400. I was confused because they didn’t mention these issues the first time. I left.

I brought it to another mechanic and they said the issue is my brakes. Like I initially said!

It’s sad to rip people off. I was literally robbed! Horrible business.

10 out of 10 don’t recommend they didn’t fix anything on my truck but build my insurance for $1200 worth of parts when I reached out to the owner and concern she said well my manager said it was done let me go check into it after holding my vehicle for three weeks and fixing nothing it left and worse condition that it was took there in 10 out of 10 don’t recommend do not take your vehicle here scammers

They suck!
First time I used there services, they over charged my card! I had an appointment for 8/21/22, I received a text, 20 minutes before appointment stating that the mechanic will not make it! It was on a Sunday and I needed my truck for today and their response was , next available appointment is Thursday!

Worst experience
They insist and insist on your service they promise you money and all kind of different things and it’s just to get your service. They had bad reviews when I seen this place but they kept insisting. Don’t do it. Save your money and time. They got the insurance money and don’t want to fix my car.

Fix My Car [did an O-MAZING JOB again]
So last year I had some minor damage to my car, unfortunately this year I was the end of a 3 pile up leaving my car t-boned on the passenger side. I went straight to FMC. They start off with courtesy ride to the rental and keep you informed thru the entire process. The did miracles to my car. Ita like I have a new car again. They did an O-MAZING job matching my two-tone paint to an exact match. These guys here know what they are doing. I encourage anybody reading this to give them a try. They work with you on all aspects. I wish I could upload pictures. This 5 stars is well deserved Mahalo ??

Wasted 5 days no call no shows but have my c.c. info.
Very unprofessional waste of time rescheduled on me only to no call no show and waste a bunch of my time. Horrible customer service in dallas. Dont waste time. These people are not a real business need to check and make sure i dont have charges form scam company. They had to have a credit card even though They rescheduled and today flat blew me off no call no show no answer!! Avoid like the plague. Im just getting started headed to social media to warn others next. Then a craiglist add and so on. Im retired military i have literally nothing else to do. Just got back from vacation im recharged and ready. Pick the wrong customer to waste time and blow off.

SCAM 'specials' to lure customers in. Manager disappears when there is a problem.
They create scam 'specials' to lure customers in. Manager (supposedly called Eduardo) will not make himself available for customers.

I don't usually really have time to stop and write down bad reviews, but I really think that what they are doing here is wrong, and people should be careful with them, especially because when things go wrong the manger disappears.
I was on an accident, filed a claim with my insurance, and received a call from these guys shortly after. The agent, Belinda, mentioned this great COVID spacial in which they would cover $500 of the deductible if I took my car there. I asked if I could get an oil change, tire rotation and state inspection along with my deductible covered, since my deductible was only $250. As the screenshot shows, Belinda confirmed that this would be possible. Please note that this was not sent from the main shop number, which I thought was kind of strange. I called the main number and asked for Belinda, just to confirm that it was the actual business - which it was. I was already set up with a different shop, but since this seemed like such a great deal, I went through the trouble to go back and forth with my insurance to have them change the shop to this one "of my preference." Mind you that their location was far from where I lived, another little inconvenience to keep in mind. Six days after my car is in the shop, their staff member Katie calls and says that this special wouldn't apply to me because apparently the damage was not worth it for them. Please note that this was NOT disclosed ahead of time to me, and I that had no idea that this was even an option. I asked if I could speak to the manager/owner (Eduardo) because I didn't agree with how all of this was being handled. If there was ever a chance that the special wouldn't apply, they should have asked any questions upfront and BEFORE I went through all the trouble to get my car sent there, or they had no business reaching out to me in the first place.

I spoke to my insurance adjuster about it, and she said that they have had MULTIPLE problems with this place, all of them in which their customers were offered great specials, only to find out that they would not be getting these once the car arrived at Fix My Car. The reason why my adjuster was unable to warn about this is because they are not legally able to say anything (which is why I won't be disclosing my insurance company, but it is a major car insurance company that takes pride in delivering great customer service).

Eduardo the manager went completely MIA. The first time I called he was "in a meeting", then "away from his desk", and even Belinda, who used to be so prompt in answering her phone and replying to text, has gone completely silent. Would you want to take your vehicle to a place where you knew that, if something went wrong, the manager would disappear?
