We regret to hear that our service was not so great. The work was performed as economically as possible using pre-owned parts as requested to keep cost down for loyal customer paying for the repairs to this vehicle. All repairs were completed including replacing rear axle, used wheel, and used tire(at no charge). Test driven afterwards by technicians, vehicle drove great. Didn't have issues when left our store. We are always open to correct any issues that were made aware to us during customers visit. Just simply let us know.
We appologize about not contacting you when vehicle was completed. My mechanics do have a good track record for calling when repairs are complete. I have looked back through our camera system as well as spoke to all techs that worked on the 200 to verify that all work was done that needed to be. It was first taken into the alignment shop for oil change and service. After that was completed it was delivered to the front office, where we pulled it into tire shop and rotated & balanced tires. Chrisa was the salesman that made sure the tire work was complete and Kia was who cashed you out. All work was performed that was requested. When appointment is made all services requested are documented in appointment book. Also when vehicle is dropped off, we notate all work to be performed on key tag. Just in case more was added or changed. As far as not charging for the rotation and balance, we usually do not charge for this service for our regular customers whether they purchased the tires from us or not. It is a service we extend at no charge. Same for flat repairs. So have confidence, when you request services and leave vehicle with us, it will be taken care of. We are a family owned business and do things a little more personable than big retailers, but because of that we retain a large customer base in a small community who have come to trust in our personel.
