We take pride in serving our customers and treating their vehicles as they were our own. Unfortunately we determined, after looking at onsight cameras and direct contact with employee that was responsible for driving vehicle in and out of shop, that the damage to hood was not done while at our location. We did offer to have a company of his choice buff out the area of damage as a customer service offering. Customer refused offer. We do, as most businesses, have incidents and try to rectify issues as soon as they arise. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you.
