Thank you for the feedback, we appriciate the opportunity to service your vehicle. The vehicle was in for 4 tires and an alignment in August of 2017. Alignment was set to specs and an estimate for shocks was given to customer. No other issues were found with vehicle at that time. After ten months and five thousand miles later vehicle had wheel bearing issues seventy miles from home. We covered tow bill back to our location and all labor fees to replace wheel bearings, leaving only customer to pay for parts. We regret the inconvenience to our customer. Some times mechanical failures happen unexpectedly to good people without warning, even with good preventative maintenance. Thank you for your business and your recommendation.
