Allen said he was not satisfied with his experience for various reasons. He was not satisfied with the body work because the employees broke the gas cap, a plastic piece on the door was missing and a spot on the tint was scratched. He was not satisfied with the paint because there were dirt flakes on his vehicle and overspray everywhere. He was never given a promise of time. They did say one month to repair his vehicle was too long. He kept getting excuses of why his vehicle was not ready. When his vehicle was ready, he still had to wait a few days longer because this facility had to get authorization from the insurance company along with the payment check. He finally called and told the employees he was going in to pick up his vehicle and he was not waiting any longer. He's not sure when he will go back to fix the issues still pending because he does not want to be without his vehicle for another month. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated. He chose this business because a friend of his had some work done and the vehicle turned out nice.
