Debra said the business did a wonderful job on the repair, and they really polite. The estimate originally listed her vehicle at $4,400, but the internet reported it was worth $6,000. They did not look inside the vehicle. So, they did not have knowledge of the options. In the beginning, they took a long time to communicate the value of her vehicle, and if the vehicle would be totaled. The communication could have been better between the business and State Farm.
