Stacey said her vehicle was pulling to the left and she was told they would look into the alignment. She said they switched the two front tires and said they don't fix alignments. It would take 4 days but it was ready in 5 due to parts. She specified they didn't call her until the vehicle was about ready and ready for pick up. She mentioned they told her the vehicle was still pulling to the left and would like to transfer it to another facility. She did say they shouldn't have told her they would fix the alignment if they don't do alignments.
