Kim said the facility procrastinated on completing the repair. She brought the vehicle in for repairs on Monday and she expected it to be ready on Friday of the same week. The vehicle was not ready until the following Thursday. When she brought it up with them they told her the paperwork indicated that the repair would take two weeks. She said she was told the repair would be completed in one week. She had to call the business for information. She was not happy with the communication because they were not clear about the due date.
