Scottie said someone from this business took his jack from his tool box, and never returned the jack. They also threw all of his tools back into his tool box. Aside from the above issues everything else was good, and his vehicle looks really good. He wasn't promised a time when he would get his vehicle back. They kept him informed, regarding the progress of the repair, every step of the way. They did everything they were supposed to do.
