Paul said his door no longer lines up with his fender and there are paint drips on one of the doors around the area they were working on. They did not blend the edges. There were a few spots on the area they were working on that they were not required to fix, but they only did half of the work, when they could have done the last three inches as well. He was not trying to get free work out of them, but there was a scratch on his vehicle and they only took care of half of it. When he went to this business for an estimate he was told by a member of the management that it would cost about $3,000. When the insurance company received an estimate from the same guy he told them it would only cost about $1,200. He said it shook his trust with them. He has had good experiences with this business in the past, but he would not recommend them based on this experience. The people were very nice and friendly, but he had an issue with the quality of the work.
