Car Inspection
Saturday morning, I brought my car in the shop for car inspection. The Customer Service Representative greeted me with smile, listern to my needs and concerns. Also, the Rep. explained clearly everything that needs to be done from start to end of transaction.
The Customer Service Representative was informative and knowledgeable in her field of work. The inspection was done in a timely manner. The Owner, Customer service representative and Mechanic was courteous, polite and highly- professional. I'm very happy Customer! Exceptional Customer Service!
