Scheduling was simple and waiting area was comfortable....
I am sorry to hear that there was a delay in getting your vehicle repaired, but I am glad we were able to get you in on an emergency basis without and appointment. Although we stock a very large of inventory of parts, it is impossible to stock every part for every model and model year. As your vehicle needed a part that is not a frequently replaced part, it became necessary to order the part. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
