Three times our truck has been in the shop for ac repair ! They want us to bring it back for fourth time but will not refund any no ey my son not I have paid! They charged us over 1000.00 for ac repair and it blows hot still!
They are NOT a company that stands behind their work! Gene never returned my call after he said he would to discuss three times my sons truck was in his shop for ac repair! They sure didnt mind charging over 1000.00 to not repair it at all! Called today and they rudely said to bring it back , we told them NO, we want refund! They said we don’t give refunds here! But we will re diagnose it for y’all! What a joke! Jason is a total jerk! Do t use Genes for anything ! They profess to be a Christian company, so much for that as well!
