The service dept is a joke
Bought a 2023 Genesis GV70 in July. 4 months later I cannot get an appointment for service. The phone numbers on the website have been out for over a week and they don't care. I tried to schedule online and the first available was 45 days later!! So 4 times now I've used the chat online on their website. Each time I'm assured service will contact me shortly. Nope. I highly recommend a Genesis SUV. But DO NOT buy it from these idiots. For a car that costs $50k I'm treated like a bought a junker off a used car lot.

My new GV80
I bought my new Genesis from Arapahoe Hyundai! My new GV80 is incredible I love it. Worth every penny I spent out of my hard earned money. I have not bought a new car in 11 years and I saved up for this big purchase. Ash, salesperson was outstanding. Please ask for him!!

Great Service, Great car
I bought my Genesis GV70 from Genesis of Arapahoe. I worked with Ash from the beginning when I reserved my car (it had not been brought to the states yet). He kept in touch with me as we waited for it to arrive. It finally arrived in June and Ash was with me throughout the whole process. Great service. The manager touched base with me after I bought it to make sure I was happy with my purchase and the process. I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Genesis to visit Genesis of Arapahoe. I also highly recommend a Genesis! Awesome luxury vehicle!

BE CAREFUL!!
The dealer tried to sell me a 2015 Genesis that had an open recall. The recall explained that the engine could start on fire due to electrical issues. The remedy was to not park your car in the garage because the burning car may start your house on fire!! Devin the salesperson never made mention of this. We had to determine this through our own research. Very untrustworthy!! My family and I could have been hurt because of their greed.

Open communications and staff who went above and beyond.
Was a warm and friendly environment. Just a great overall buying experience. No pressure and very accommodating. I highly recommend the Genesis brand and their dealerships in Colorado. Genesis of Arapahoe is fantastic.

The fantastic vibe that everyone gives off.
I absolutely loved this place and I tend to get impatient especially for the amount of time I waited here, but I really didn't mind the wait because not once did they make me feel uncomfortable or unwanted, I definitely will be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle and I'm looking forward to being a customer of theirs for a while!
