Service History NOT being updated
They get a 5 star for communication and addressing the issues with my G70 but they do not enter the service history when my vehicle is in for service which is why I am rating them 3 stars, my Genesis app is telling me my car is due for an oil change but I do 6k intervals and the last time the service was entered was from another dealer at 30k miles. My car was in here at 34998 miles on 05/25/21 and got an oil change but it doesn't reflect on my history because they aren't updating it. I will be calling and addressing this with management and corporate because if something happens they'll want to blame it on me because the "oil wasn't changed".
