In the day I took possession of vehicle there was a software issue.The problem is the customer has to be the go between for service. Brooklyn Genesis service dept attempted to fix pblm. Customer was told the that I have to contact Genesis’s engineering. Good Luck with that. Traded in vehicle for an Audi Q7. What a difference in treatment and behavior. Stay away from Brooklyn Genesis it is a circus.
