Everytime i call
The ladys are so rude i feel like i made the wrong decission purchaseing a brand new vehicle from dublin anything happens withbmy warrantys its like they dont want to fix it i call for a license plate frame she yells in my ear parts is closed today sir like bitch shut ur old ass up they need to fire the youg guys and the old customer service dublin genesis needs a reboot big time big time now i drive my genesis to roseville 2 hours away from my house to get 10 star service.

Well so far Genesis of Dublin is a bust!!......I have called the service department two days in a row and left 3 messages and have yet to have anyone call me back!!........ Unfortunately, this is the only Genesis dealership that is semi close to my residence..........Genesis in other areas actually answer the phone and will schedule an appointment but are really far............my recommendation is to not support this dealership if you are looking to buy because you will be sitting on a vehicle that won't be worked on or you , in other words, will spend Genesis money and get less than Hyundai service!!

How can a retailer operate like this?
For the second time I showed up for a scheduled appointment only to be told, after they took my car and I set myself up in the waiting room to work remotely, that they didn't have the parts needed! And this time it was an oil filter!!! How can you not stock oil filters? How can you have someone rearrange their work day and not check the day before this appointment to verify if you have the parts needed?!?!
Last time it was brake rotors!
Just amazing.

NOT A LUXURY VEHICLE DEALERSHIP
Genesis of Dublin is a Hyundai Dealership and is not set up to provide upscale service of a luxury brand. The customer service and response to customer needs improvement. When you pull up for service, it is a minimum 15 minute wait for an advisor to approach you. Genesis has only 2 dealership in Contra Costa County and very inconvenient for owners in Concord area. If Genesis of Dublin want to be a luxury dealership, they need to improve on the following:

1. Communication with Owners
2. Specific Genesis trained Service Advisors and Mechanics
3. Adequate inventory of parts
4. Loaner cars
5. Better customer waiting area

Never Again! Poor Customer Service. Incompetence. Poor Quality.
I've had my #1 and #2 worst ever service shop experiences at this Dublin Hyundai dealership on back to back visits over the past three months. First, I went in for a routine maintenance service a few months ago (e.g., oil filter changes, oil change, check fluids, etc.). They estimated the service should take 45 mins up to 1.5 hours. No problem. I waited in the showroom. 2 hours later they can to update me things are taking longer. They didn't have the right oil filter in stock for my car so they had to drive to San Jose to get it (mind you, I made the appointment 2 weeks earlier, you think they could've gotten the filter before my appointment?!!). Once they got the right filter, they "discovered" they didn't have the right oil for my car because it's a 2021 G80 it needs "special oil." So, they had to go to Pep Boys or somewhere to buy the oil. Again, something they should have done BEFORE my appointment. All in all my normal, routine maintenance appointment lasted 4.5 hours! To their credit, the service manager kept checking in to let me know the reasons for the delays.

I said #1 & #2. Well, #2 worst happened today. My back up camera stopped working a couple weeks ago. Despite my hesitation to take it back to Dublin Hyundai, I did; I wanted to give them a second shot. This time I roll up at my appointment time. I waited. I waited. I waited for 25 mins sitting right outside the service window. Nobody. Not one service tech asked me if I needed help despite walking right past me on several occasions. After about 20 mins I motioned to one of them for help and he looked away and answered a phone call. 5 mins later I parked my car and went in to speak to the service manager. I told him what happened and my frustration. He said he understood but said he was shorthanded with staff. I told him shorthanded is one thing but the staff he does have is rude, uncaring and dismissive to a client's needs. I did nothing more than schedule an appointment, show up on time and get ignored for 25 mins.

Never again will I go to this dealership. There is one in Richmond, more than double the miles away, but I'll be going there from now on!

The WORST Company Period.
After owning this vehicle for a year. Trying to get my car serviced on the “Genesis” timeframe. Was nothing short of shooting a fart in the wind, wondering what direction it will go. This dealership, and ALL Genesis dealerships have absolutely NO respect for your time, nor do they stick to their end of the contract that is signed when purchasing your vehicle. After waiting over 3 months & threatening to call the police to finally get my car serviced. I was able to get it in, for a second time with them letting me know of a manufacturer defect AGAIN within the breaks & rotors. The service department. Good luck on a call back. If you want your car back after service, dirtier then 2 kids playing in a sandbox then the experience is perfect for you. Show respect for people’s time. Especially, when they give YOU their business. Instead. Because this location, & Genesis as the lean holder refused to take any ownership. The vehicle was paid off, and given right back to Genesis Of Dublin.

I really had a Unfortunate problem that occurred and I wish was done in a timely manner. so this review is not a good review at all . I will say that my car was at Dublin Genesis for over a month!!!! due to lack of staff some of the advisors are not professional they lack professionalism and communication skills . I had to call every other day to the dealership just to check and see the progress of my vehicle. This isn't Genesis fault, but they should hire people that love what they do and not have people work there just because there getting paid !!! And The advisor at Dublin Genesis his name is Edgar !!! Horrible advisor THANKS FOR NOTHING !!!! You never even introduced yourself once Brian left . Do your JOB ! But I will say I do like Genesis Car . I’m a owner of a G80 . Love my Vehicle :)
