I bought a 2022 Genesis G80 approximately a year ago from the Hyundai dealership on Montana. This car was a loaner, so I am officially the first owner. Just recently I received a letter in the mail about a Recall on my Genesis G80. I called the service department to make an appointment. They scheduled me for two weeks out. Then I went to the dealer, the service department yesterday (6/25/24) to see if they could set me with an appointment. They said it's nothing they could do to address the Recall. They said they no longer sell Genesis vehicles. I could say a lot more but I will stop here. This was a very disappointing experience.
