The lines between the Hyundai and Genesis service departments are annoyingly blurred. Had problems with my nav system and a service call was scheduled thru Connected Services but ended up on the Hyundai side. I was unable to receive Service Valet services (loaner) until i managed to find the contact for the sole Genesis rep in the Hyundai service center. Once I connected with Rebecca, everything was straightened out, I received my loaner and the service call on my nav system went just fine
