Fred Anderson genesis has gone back on promise of lifetime loaner cars . We bought our GV80 with that in mind and now they basely lied to us . If they want to change their policy, fine but grandfather past customers that were promised that benefit. I will not buy another car there or get maintenance . I can get my car serviced without having a one hour 20 minute drive one way !
