I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to return our survey. We really appreciate the feedback. I do apologize for the confusion on this last visit. Unfortunately we've had some turnover recently and it will take some time to get the new staff up to speed. Cara will be taking over scheduling and servicing our Genesis guests. You happened to get Isaiah who has only been writing service for 10 days and is trying very hard to learn as he goes but because of staffing shortages we have not been able to spend as much time training him as we would like but we are working on getting all of this sorted out. We haven't had a 1 star survey in the 6 months I've been here and it really does bring us down as a dealer as far as Genesis standards are concerns. I will reach out via phone if that is ok to discuss how we can remedy this and possibly get you to consider a rescore. We own a 2021 gv80 and are in love with it.When we received via the mail that there was a seatbelt recall on the gv80.We made an appointment for the remedial work and dropped off our car a couple of weeks ago and had a call from your service department while we went across the street for lunch to pickup our car because our replacement parts were not available at this time.
We had to reschedule the repairs for Weds,June 7th @10am.We arrived at your service lane where there were approximately 7 cars in line ahead of us.After one of your service rep checked us in,we waited in your showroom expecting our car repairs would be completed in a timely fashion.After waiting over an hour with our car still inline with no idea when our car will be worked on.Although a lot of buyers brought their cars in for servicing we were very disappointed that our 10a.m.appointment was not met with urgency.We requested and received another later appointment and drove home.Maybe the third time is a charm…..
