I have a Genesis GV80 that has a rattling noise when breaking. I’ve brought my car in to be “ seen” multiple times and the issues has not been resolved. I’ve also done my research in an attempt to assist or clarify for the maintenance techs and each time the give me my car back the issue is still there. One instance Wolfchase Genesis kept my car for 2 months and immediately upon returning it the noise was still present. I’ve been through at least 4 service managers in the last year and they keep passing the buck. I’ve shown video and audio of the problem and sent attachments from the forums of what the issue is and still no resolve. Mrs. Debbie is the only one that has tried to assist and has great customer service. The brake module needs to be replaced and they simply won’t do it for whatever reason.

Once again I would like to thank Mr. Jim Church for going the extra mile of making sure I was completely satisfied. From the moment I arrived, he kept me abreast of where my car was in the repair process and the time remaining. This was the first time I had used the First Mile Maintenance where your oil change and tire rotation were paid for upon purchase of the vehicle. When I arrived home I then notice that I had paid the tire rotation. I called Jim and inform him that I had the First Mile Maintenance Plus. He told me he had to check with his manager and would call me back. Jim called me the next day and informed me the cashier will be getting in contact with me to reimburse the money. Man of his word...thanks.
Jim at Wolfchase went the extra mile in assistance and pick up and delivery for me while my husband was in ICU in Germantown. Jim came out to Germantown Methodist Hospital and personally deliver the car and was kind enough to remind me of the need to have tires checked when I was not in an emotional state of remembering all needed car wise. By the way my husband died and having my own car back and not having any worries was very appreciated.
Genesis Service has been terrible at keeping their word
Lots of nice promises but no promises kept. Everything is blamed on the pandemic. No appointment times, loaner cars, pickup, or drop-off services are available due to the pandemic. Well, we bought the car after Covid started and all these promises were made when they wanted to sell us a car but now that we've bought the car they can't keep their promises. The people working in service are nice, friendly and hard-working and I do not blame them. The problem is Genesis Corporate. They need to realize that they have a problem and keep their word to customers or the customers they've been trying to get for a long time will be no more. We looked at Acura, Lexus, Mercedes, and other similarly priced SUVs and went with Genesis mainly because of the service that was promised us but sadly it's looking like we made a bad choice. I hope it gets better from here but at this point, I wouldn't recommend a Genesis to anyone.

I had great service with the repair of my tire. I didn't have an appt. and my car was towed to the nearest dealership and they got me in and out quickly.
My sun roof had to be replaced. It was a warranty repair and Jim Church ensured that it went perfectly smooth "paperwork wise". The repair was done in a timely manner. The car's interior was absolutely spotless when returned, which was really appreciated considering how bad the weather was.
