Unhappy Customer
Reported rattling, vibration and clunking noises coming from the rear of the car after the read end accident were not resolved during the initial repair and still persistent after their second attempt to verify, identify and resolve the customer reported issues.

I had requested the usage of Subaru Parts for my repair and they ordered after market parts and then informed me when I was dropping off my car.

We are working with the insurance company and Mr. Lease to diagnose his concerns. If the diagnosis shows this is related to the claim, we will resolve the issues through the insurance company. If the diadnosis shows otherwise, then Mr. Lease will decide how to proceed. This has been discussed via phone and email with both the insurance company and Mr. Lease.

We are working with the insurance company and the customer on the concerns. We will be getting a diagnosis of the problem from the Subaru dealership. If the diagnosis shows this is accident related, we will move forward with billing the insurance company. If the diagnosis shows otherwise, the customer will decide how to move forward. We have communicated this with both the insurance company and the customer via phone and email.
