New Get Fit EGV Athlete
And that is what I did when I moved to Elk Grove Village. After 12 years of being a CrossFit Athlete in Glenview I reached out to Get Fit EGV Coach Ro. Our initial conversation was as if I had know her for years. I started Get Fit EGV in January and absolutely feel as if I was an Athlete with her for years. Coach Ro cares about her Athletes whether new or veteran. Her coaching techniques ensure our safety is priority and in turn we become stronger, knowledgeable and healthier. But what’s more important what we do, why we do it and how to apply the technique.
Thank you Coach Ro for sharing your vast knowledge of the anatomy of our bodies when we perform our workouts. See you Monday!
