Great crossfit gym!
Just returned from another excellent workout at GetFitEGV with Coach Ro! I have been a member almost 2 years and feel lucky to have found Coach Ro’s private gym where you will get a good crossfit workout every time that will be customized to your abilities. Small group sizes allow personalized training at each session in a friendly environment. Workouts balance stretching, strength training, cardio, and flexibility in a clean, well-equipped gym setting. I highly recommend this gym and greatly value my membership.
