I traded my 2000 Hundayi Venue with 20.000 miles in which they appraised incorrectly. Then finding something that I was willing to trade it in for they added $4720 in additional charges which I clearly explained I only want to finance the car nothing else.
I have been haunting them to remove the auto butler and other bogus fees from my loan.
After nearly a week I just reached out to the BBB and Attorney General to seek help.
They will never have my business again ever!
