Your satisfaction is our first priority and we warranty all our workmanship. If you are not happy with how a chip repair looks after the repair please return at any time in the future and we will be glad to apply the original payment towards a replacement. In the case of insurance, the original claim would change to a replacement and the payment for the repair would be reapplied. Chip repairs are a structural repair with the goal to make the vehicle safe and prevent the spread of damage. Each one turns out different depeding on the severity of the original damage. Sometimes they can almost disappear but many times you will still see a blemish.
