First contact was with the ladies answering the phone and they all conducted themselves with the highest order of professionalism and courtesy. The technician arrived when promised and completed the windshield replacement in about half the estimated time. I was on the road and driving within the promised time period, and the final cost of the replacement was very close to the estimate I received over the phone.
