secretary was very polite and helpful...but I did not meet the technician...experience would have been better if technician would have introduced self and explained and showed what service was done and the remaining imperfections not corrected. I expected the repair to be less than perfect and accept that but at least the technician could have explained the work other than just allowing the secretary to tell me 'okay , you are ready to go'
