Melissa said she rated her overall experience a 2 because it seemed like it took too long. Also, when they promised it would be ready it wasn't ready, and she asked them to check a plastic piece in the fan but they said they couldn't find it and she ended up having to take it to her dealership. She made 2 trips to pick it up. When she arrived on the day they'd promised they told her there was an issue with the windshield, and it was ready the next day. There was stuff all over the floor of the vehicle, items left inside, and they hadn't dusted it down from the work they'd done. Melissa wouldn't recommend them because overall she felt like they didn't take her seriously, and like any of the experience was good. In addition, one of her tires was half flat, but it hadn't been when she'd brought it 2 weeks earlier. They must have run over something because she had to take the tire to be repaired. It was just a bad experience. Melissa questioned what the problem was with the windshield and why they'd waited until the last day to do it when it was obviously one of the biggest problems. It was installed the day she picked it up. She was surprised with that amount of damage, and having told her they had all the parts, that it took another 1.5 weeks to complete. The plastic piece that came out of the fan box was 6 inches long and 2 inches wide. She talked to Geico twice about it, and Geico talked to this business about it. Jerry, the person she worked with, told her they couldn't find it but if they had looked they would have found it. The dealership found the piece in a matter of hours.
